Respond

Except in rare occasions, your response to any question should not be longer than 2 minutes. Your answers should be concise and positive.

A good interview is a dialogue, not a monologue. Keep it concise and give your interviewer the chance to dive in and ask questions. Practicing your answer over and over will be the key to success, so break out the mirror and a stopwatch, or get the full advantage of the interactive practice tool in the Ideas for action section.
